If you are in need of assistance with a technical issue, please contact us by phone or email. But, before you do, ask yourself, is it plugged in? (no offense, but trust us, it happens more than you think)

Before you contact us try to have the following information available:

  • Is the computer a business (and/or part of a network) or residential machine

  • Version of Windows (7, 8, 8.1 and Windows 10)

  • Any software that was installed within a week of the problem starting

  • Any physical damage to the machine or changes in hardware

  • Any error messages are you getting

  • Let us know which of our technicians has worked on the machine if you have used us in the past

Dropping off a computer at our shop? Please make sure to follow these guidelines:

  • If it is a laptop, bring the power cord

  • Bring any software CD's that came with the computer

  • If the it is a Rush Job, please indicate so when you drop the computer off.

  • Please inform us of any repair history on the machine
